Julie Fogarty

Julie Fogarty created and implemented new virtual reality tools to help students better understand complex spatial arrangements. While writing all-new notes for the course, she developed alternate solutions to those presented by the professor, allowing students access to a wider variety of thought processes. Julie encouraged her students to share how they arrived at answers, helping them see their own errors and encouraging diversity of thought in the classroom. Students especially valued the way her clear presentation style broke complicated problems into step-by-step tasks.
