He developed a comprehensive course website with Jupyter Notebooks, allowing students to explore numerical methods hands-on, significantly improving their understanding of complex computational concepts. Alasdair also led engaging in-class coding demonstrations, bridging the gap between theoretical lectures and real-world applications. Recognizing student struggles with debugging and problem-solving, he emphasized structured troubleshooting techniques, guiding students in developing independent coding skills. His commitment extended to personalized exam review sessions and active participation in Piazza discussions, where he answered over 180 student inquiries.
