Sahithya Reddivari

Sahithya helped redesign a laboratory course, including designing experiments, assignments, and curriculum. Sahithya teaches with lots of real-world examples – including tasking students with a new lab to design a parachute for the Mars rover. Sahithya considers varying learning styles as she develops lessons and makes pedagogical decisions to include all students. In fact, when a student was struggling in the class, she mentored three students who were struggling with the course to instill in them a love of learning and an ability to thrive in engineering.
