Ramya Kumar

ChE 330

Ramya created an inclusive classroom, structured around groupwork and learning. Each class was not a lecture, but instead a conversation. She emphasized class as an opportunity for students to push their own boundaries and try new problem-solving techniques, allowing her students to learn from their mistakes and improve as learners. She provided her students with detailed lesson notes, extra practice problems, and made sure to respond to student questions based on their specific learning style. Through hard work and dedication, Ramya demonstrated to her students that classroom engagement leads to success.
